The City of Altamonte Springs Changes Garbage Collection Service

Fall Cleanup has been discontinued. To arrange for a special pickup or questions, call 407-571-8607.

Spring Cleanup will continue as scheduled, March 15-26, 2010.

In the future , there will be NO refuse or recycling collected on the following days:

• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• New Years Day
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day

Refuse/recycling pickups occurring on these holidays will be collected on the next regularly scheduled collection day.

Message Board Restoration
Recently the message boards at all of the entrances were restored to good repair. This was thanks to volunteers and the dues that you, the homeowners, paid. The boards are an important link in communicating events and news to all owners.

Work Day Draws 12 Volunteers!
This Sunday a dozen people donated their time and efforts to pick up trash, weed, mulch and plant flowers along our entrances.  The message boards each had our new website address added.  Many thanks to all who joined in!!
